Open Gym

 

Open Gym is an opportunity for anyone to practice their tumbling or stunting skills in a safe and supervised environment. These times are designed for athletes to work tumbling or stunting skills they are able to do confidently on their own, while having access to the gym and equipment. Our gym is equipped with:

  • Full-sized, 9-panel spring floor
  • 20-foot Trampoline with up to 12-foot, 8-inch landing mat at the end
  • Four to 5 stunt stands for flyers to practice body positions
  • Matted equipment – an incline mat, landing mat, panel mats, and more
  • Conditioning supplies – weighted medicine balls, exercise/stretch bands, yoga balls, and more

Open Gym Schedule:

FRIDAYS 8-9pm

$5 Team Members, $10 Non-Team Members

SATURDAYS 2:30-4pm

$10 Team Members, $15 Non-Team Members
